Description: The senior group meets weekly to discuss matters that pertain to the more mature members of the community. The forum includes a lesson about health issues, a short video, exercise and light refreshments. Please sign up in the office.

All classes are open to everyone. Those who wish to take classes marked (**) are required to fill out a registration form ( available at the front desk) and pay a fee. Please check with the center for more information on fees, timings, etc… Timings are subject to change without notification.
